Shipping Policy

At Digixprint, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of all your custom printing orders.

Processing Time:
• Orders are processed after design approval and payment confirmation
• Standard production time may vary depending on the product

Delivery Time:
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
• Same Day Delivery available on select orders and pin codes (terms apply)

Important Guidelines:
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day
• Avoid combining Same Day and Standard Delivery items in one order
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier or external factors


Refund & Return Policy

Since all Digixprint products are customized and made-to-order, we maintain a strict no-return policy except in specific cases.

No Return Policy:
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged once printed and shipped.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Printing or quality defects from our side

Issue Reporting:
• Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Share Order ID + clear product images

Resolution:
• Free reprint OR refund (partial/full based on issue)
• Final decision will be taken after verification


Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
• Errors in customer-submitted designs (spelling, layout, etc.)
• Minor color variation (screen vs print difference)
• Change of mind after order placement
• Delivery delays caused by courier services


Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins
• Once the order goes into production, cancellation is not allowed


Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited via original payment method

Customers are responsible for reviewing their designs carefully before placing orders. Digixprint is not liable for errors in approved designs.
